Called to place an order and got put on hold, I was on hold for 25+ minutes drove to their store while still on hold and let... them know that I was on hold and how long that I had been on hold. They didn?t even acknowledge that I was there, finally gotthem to take my order and I didn?t even get an apology, told them that I should get a discount and they still didn?t acknowledgeor apologize.
