Best Gino's in WV and their Philly cheese are amazing

Called to place an order and got put on hold, I was on hold for 25+ minutes drove to their store while still on hold and let... them know that I was on hold and how long that I had been on hold. They didn?t even acknowledge that I was there, finally gotthem to take my order and I didn?t even get an apology, told them that I should get a discount and they still didn?t acknowledgeor apologize. Didn't even say hello when we walked in . Stood at the counter for ten mins them right in front of us and didn't say be right... with ya nothing. Finally checked us out and didn't even ask if we wanted drinks had to tell her . We ordered then went thereand ate. Read more

James will always treat you right. Ginos has the best pizza around. The 9" 1 topping pizza is my favorite. Great place to stop!

I love the food and the workers are very nice. ???? I never have a problem when I order from here but in the RARE cases I do,... they are quick to fix it. It gets busy at times like any other pizza place but as long as you don't have a bad attitude, which Ibelieve a lot of these negative reviews are spouted from, they are extremely helpful to whatever problem you may have.
