The food is great, but here is a word of advice: If you go in and see them preparing a large catering order, do yourself a... favor and walk away. I went in the other day about 30 minutes after they opened and there were about 10 people in there allfeverishly working to get a large order ready. Two guys stood at the counter, one on the phone and one doing.....who knows. Istood there for five minutes and neither of them even thought about telling me to wait a second. I was invisible. Zerointeraction in five minutes. So I left and went somewhere else. I guess my money isn't as important as the money they weremaking on the large catering order. Oh well. Read more
Ordered a hot dog. Ate there. Hot dog was room temperature. Went back for another hot dog. Bun was hot, hot dog again was room... temperature. Fries were really good. I went back and got a mini beef. It was good. Read more
The dog I had was great, but not to fund of crinkle fries. The woman behind the counter was patient considering I was a new... customer. Even my food was still pretty warm. And they even gave me plenty of napkins where some places don't give you close toenough. Read more
I'm sorry, the items on the menu can hardly be called a menu. 2 burgers, a hot dog, a couple chicken sandwiches and not much... else that looks interesting. The burgers are fried even though they have a chain broiler like Burger King. The burgers aresupposed to be 6.8 oz, but who knows? The burgers are smashed so thin there's only one way to serve them- greasy! It tasted likepate'! And looked like wipped meat! The fries were just as greasy. No iced-tea either. I walked out of there for $15.50! What awaste of money. My colleague wasn't impressed either. I wish them well but we won't return. Go to Jimmy's Charhouse or BurntToast instead. Read more
Main reason we went was for $1 shakes, turned out they didnt have shakes there got 2 burgers an fires. Ended up not even... finishing are meal from it tasting bad. $50 for 2 terrible meals, just go to mcdonalds taste better an that should say a lot Read more
I had the opportunity to taste beef shack from a friend before even hearing about them, and i vouched to come and check them... out then I could. It happen to be a Tuesday and they had hot dogs specials going on I believe $1. I definitely took advantage! Igot a few and some cheese fries! Needless to say I?ll be coming here more often ???? Service was friendly and fast. I had the Cheesey Beef on garlic bread with fries and my wife had a Chicago style hot dog! ... Everything was made to perfection! Very tasty! The fries are fresh cut in store! The fries size is HUGE! If you are withanother person, I would recommend sharing an order. Can't wait to go back and try one of their cheeseburgers! Highlyrecommend!
