Giving them 4 stars. They're typically fast, especially in the early morning hours. It's not that busy versus McDonalds. Lost 1... star due to removing the BK tacos. You can only get them at Downtown Elgin and Carpentersville locations btw and for messing myorder twice lol Other than that, they do what they can. Read more
They took a while to take my order but dude give me an extra French toast which made up for it.
Friendly and fast. Always get my order right, good location. I always head to this burger king when I want a Whopper meal.
I've been here twice and both times were the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. Both times the drive through was empty... and the staff was rude. They made the food wrong and they don't care. We waited 20 minutes for impossible whoppers which isridiculous. The fries were cold and the sandwich was made incorrectly. The inside was closed so we couldn't even go in tocomplain. The drive through had 2 additional cars by the time we got our food and we didn't want to wait any longer for fastfood. We just trashed the food and left. Service was quick. Pleasant experience. Went through the drive thru. Food was hot. Outside looked clean. Fries had right amount... of salt. I wasn't asked which sauce I wanted. Unfortunately, seasoning on nuggets isn't enough. Definitely needs sauce. Read more
Great service. Got an impossible burger and didn't not taste greasy or meaty. Unique flavor is a very good way. The ride home... with a burger on one hand was the best feeling at that moment.
