Horrible place liz and Virginia are awful, horrible. Nothing is cooked right with liz in the kitchen and forget about ordering... with virginia ?ANYTHING ELSE? getting yelled at me after one simple thing is ridiculous. Horrible any Dunkin is better thanthis. And if your wondering why IT REALLY SUCKS NOW. Its because they lost all good employees because the managers are horrible,immature, spoiled brats. No they wont add anything at the window bot because they cant but becauze they are LAZY! If you want totalk to anyone dont bother talking to people at the store email and call corporate or sixto the owner or liza the districtmanager. Any good review or survey is done by employees there. We go to this location quite often and don?t typically have issues except the line can get long and wait times are not great in... the drive through. Today I go through the line and it is taking exceptionally long. I forget to add a coffee to my order, sowhen I pull up to the window in order to pay I asked them if they can add a coffee. The girl tells me ? i?m sorry, but there isa line behind you and that would take a little bit?. I said that?s fine and paid for my food but I have to say that I?mextremely aggravated and I think there?s anyone with half of a brain should realize that coffee takes two seconds to pour andthis is t an absurd request, and maybe they should be a little more accommodating considering the fact that it?s an operationalproblem that we have to wait in line forever. Both my drinks I ordered were incorrect, I asked them to correct the orders but they said they couldn?t correct them. Overall... their attitude and service was very poor and unpleasant. In addition to poor service the coffee is horrible wether it is simplyiced or a nicer one. Avoid this Dunkin? at all cost better to stop at the Jewel Osco down the street! Read more
This Dunkin Donuts is a nice spot. My kids and I enjoyed hanging out here for a while. The hot coffee was great, and the donuts... were delicious. My son loved the mango refresher. The staff were friendly as well. We will definitely be back next time we'rein the area. Read more
After 8am they serve burnt horrible coffee. Do not waste your time or money, do not go to this DD across the street from Larkin... H.S they have horrible coffee.I gave them the benefit of a doubt when I received burnt awful coffee from this DD and it wasafter 8am , I tried them again after 8am and yes once again the coffee was awful and taste burnt. They would not give me mymoney back just another cup of bad tasting coffee. I will not be returning to this place. Bad customer service and bad tastingold not fresh coffee. Read more

I'm sorry but I visit 5 different dunkins in my area. But I enjoy all 5. People are great at all 5 that I visit in elgin.
