They forgot the food in our mobile order, and didn't do light ice as we requested (the cups were 3/4 full of ice), but they guy... was nice, hence the 2 stars. Otherwise, we most likely won't return. 4 people on staff and only the guy giving us our orderseemed to be actually working. Read more

Have them another shot and they were closed way earlier than 10. Just sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no answer. Even... drove up to the window. There appeared to be no one inside, with 2 cars parked. What are your employees doing on the clock? Lasttime I came here, they gave my drink to the guy ahead of me and let him keep it in his car for the 5 minutes it took them toremake it. Then they tried to hand it off to me!! That?s disgusting, what if he tasted it or had covid? Not to mention it wasmelting. Then she gave me attitude when I politely asked for a new one. Read more

I have never had issues here. I think it's a great location. They are so friendly and fast. I really like the avocado toast. I... get it without the seasonings though. They are too overwhelming. Read more

Went for ice cream and donuts. Quick service. Clean facilities. Professional staff Update: June 2022 Doughnut selection not... great and I'm not talking late in the day. Not just one time. Rather disappointing. Staff is nice though. Read more

Please do not go to this location, they are disrespectful and will mess up your order almost every time. I have gone to this... location and have had my order made incorrectly countless of times. After telling them that I am missing items or have theincorrect food, I get a disrespectful response from employees. I try to make a mental note to not visit this store due to thebad service, but unfortunately it is in a convient location. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, I make up excuses for themistakes, but time and time again, i get bad service. Very sorry, and disappointed. Read more

7:12 pm on Sunday May 1st, 3 employees, 2 short girls and one guy. As I was approaching the drive through, these 3 employees... were walking back from the garbage can outside. Suspicious!?? Very!Very!! As I'm waiting on the intercom to place my order, oneof the employees [a girl] answered saying "I'm sorry we closed early today" (mind you that this location is 24 efn hours) . Iasked why it was closed, she said " we are short staffed". I responded noting the fact that there were 3 of them in there. Herresponse was " one of them is new". Read more

This is a story of differences between large-sized & medium-sized Matcha Latte green tea with almond milk. On the Sunday... morning of 21 June 2020 at 10:05 AM, my wife bought a large-sized Matcha Latte green tea with almond milk at the drive-through &paid $4.79. Later that evening at the exact same drive-through Dunkin Donuts location at 10:19 PM, my wife brought amedium-sized Matcha Latte green tea with almond milk & paid $4.99. The medium-sized drink cost $0.20 more than the large-sizeddrink.  The difference in price is the almond milk.  The almond milk for the large drink cost $0.50 & the almond milk for themedium drink cost $1.00. Not knowing why the Dunkin Donuts' cost basis of a medium drink would be more than a large drink, weinquired to our server, Ali.  At first, he said the morning crew made a mistake by charging less for almond milk.  We didn'tbuy that.  Fortunately, my wife still had the receipt from that morning's visit.  We suggested he may have made the mistake bycharging more.  Next, he said the charge for an ICED Matcha Latte green tea with almond milk was different from a hot MatchaLatte green tea with almond milk.  We didn't buy that. Both receipts clearly show she didn't buy an ICED Matcha Latte green teawith almond milk, either in the morning or evening.  Ali was really reaching.  He wasn't very convincing. I found an articlewhich states Dunkin Donuts is charging $0.50 for almond milk, but why is Ali charging $1.00.  Doesn't make much sense.  Is theevening crew performing some sort of minimalist money skimming operation?  Any logical reasonable explanation would beappreciated.
