Do yourself a favor and skip this place if you can. If the owner or manager happened to see this I was just there on October... 12th at 9:55 in the morning and the lady working your drive-thru couldn't bother to take her eyes off her phone long enough toeven hand me my card back without me saying something. She barely handed me my food once again eyes glued to her phone and thenI heard the card machine beep probably five times letting her know it was ready to take the card out but yet I still had to saysomething and then also couldn't take her eyes off her phone to grab the card out of the machine which took her like two triesand then again staring at her phone just stuck her hand out the window no "thanks for coming" nothing like that, worstexperience ever at a Dunkin' Donuts. Will not be going here anymore even though it's close to work they don't deserve my moneyat this location. Read more
Co workers and I order from this place every morning 6 days a week since its only 3 min away from our work but the staff really... need to be more nice to customers especially the guy thats there in the morning very rude person Read more

Always a smile. Little pricey for cup of coffee. But I can understand. They do have large amount of employees.
If you can avoid this location please do so . You will only be disappointed if you end up getting anything from here . & that?s... only if you are able to get anything, their expresso machine is ? broken ? if you order more than two lattes . Ovens are alwaysdown . So no hot foods . Apparently ovens only work when employees don?t feel lazy to make the food. Sad !!! This location ofdunkin donuts makes other dunkins look bad ! Staff is unprofessional. I called because I had missing items from an order. They answer the phone ?hello? as if they?re... answering their own personal call. I asked if they can make sure my items are in my order since I had to place another order.Guy tells me they?re out of my item. Advised if they can update they?re availability. Guy says he can?t do that. Then I callback to have the item replaced before my delivery driver leaves. They ignore all my calls. I understand it can get busy, but youcan?t ignore phone calls either. I asked for a large ice caramel coffee I pull up and I reconfirm my order and she's like oh it wasn't a medium I'm like no it... was a large iced caramel coffee instead of having to re-make the drink she just grabbed the L size cup n poured hot coffee init n had another employee hand it to me a young male I didn't get his name.
