I am disappointed! I've been ordering summer rolls here for years. This time the summer rolls was not fresh, my mouth was... itching after I ate those. I understand the inflation going on right now but the price increase on their food was too much.Never will I buy food here anymore. Read more

rude customer service (multiple insects found in food) , the lady at the register was a sweetheart, but the people who cook the... food inside are very rude and disrespectful. i found a insect in my kung pao shrimp, i nicely informed the lady upfront (she wasvery very nice) but the rude lady in the back and the guy started yelling at me. do not waste your money here. the customer isalways right but apparently not to them lol. i will definitely be reporting this restaurant to the health department of Elgin. Very disappointed with this place. They use cheap spaghetti noodles for the lo mein. No sauce what's so ever and it tasted... bland. The batter on the honey shrimp wasn't cooked well so it was very soggy. Hopefully next time we order they straighten upthe chef. I like to support local businesses but this food didn't taste good. Ordered a pickup via phone and got quoted 20 minutes. I received my food 45 minutes after my initial call. Seems like a nice... place, just needs more staff during peak hours. Prices are steep, but it's close to home. Read more
