I know we all have our preferences. I tried them many times, and I still prefer pizza from other shops. I'm not just a fan of... cheese and tomato in such a depth quantity. My wife on the other hand likes Lou's pizza. We order delivery from them. It takessome time, but it arrives nonetheless. If you're into deep dish type of pizza, go for them. If you prefer more traditional, youknow where to go for that. Read more
Lou Malnatis has great pizza. We like to order the Lou and the Classic and we customize them. It is a true comfort food for... outlet family. For the deep dish pizzas, we order them well done and uncut and they are always perfect by the time we get themhome. We have found that when we order by the app we sometimes have problems getting exactly what we ordered so we prefer tocall in the order. Once you have an order you like, you can always reorder as a previous order on the app. Bottom line is welove this Chicago style pizza and recommend it to all. As of 11/9/22 I changed my rating from 5 to 3 stars based on a recentevent. We ordered three small pizzas and a Malnatis salad. We ordered a small, thin crust ?The Lou? and customized it withadd-ons of onions, garlic and black olives. This pizza only had the add-ons but was missing all the normal toppings for ?TheLou?. I wrote back on an email that asked for my review and I sent an email to the support email address listed on the app. Ireceived a reply that I can talk more with management if I want. I would have expected a call back from someone as I didanother time they got the order wrong, but nothing yet. Read more
Love this place! Best pizza ever! I live out of state and whenever I come for a visit I always get a pizza.
Ordered a pizza to be ready at 5:30. We picked it up and opened the box in the car.... pizza was already cold and cheese was... eating melted plastic! Will never go back. Lots of pizza places to choose from. Step up your game! Read more
Placed an order for 615 pm pickup. Arrived at 615 and pizza was ready. Got home (5 minute drive) and opened up a box with tomato... stew sloshing around on top of the pizza and a soggy doughy crust under the pizza. Yuck. Read more

I will NEVER order from this place again. This pizza was the hardest, most overcooked I have ever tasted. The CHEESE was rock... hard. How does that even happen!?. And to make it worse It was a delivery order and the pizza was freezing when it got here. $65order and it was trash. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. I had to apologize to my husband and kids for ruining pizzanight. Never again. Read more
Like taking Lou's home, just a little smaller. Reheat it correctly by following directions and had no problems. I can take a... piece of Chicago home with me. Read more
