Stopped here to grab a quick bite to eat. The drive through line took nearly 25 minutes to deliver 2 Quarter Pounder with... Cheeses. After that delay the QPCs were 2 of the very worst I've ever had - each was messy and looked hastily assembled, and thecheese was cold and unmelted. Not great. Read more
They routinely take the order from 4 or 5 cars in a row from the left lane, then 4 or 5 in a row from the right lane rather than... alternating 1 car at a time. So you have to sit there at the order station for about 10 minutes before they take your orderwhile they take the order from several cars in a row in the other lane. It's infuriating. Read more
Purchased 60 chicken nuggets. Upon arriving home I opened them to see that about 50 of the 60 were extremely overcooked, dry and... like eating a lump of coal, I called McDonalds and spoke to the manager who told me to come back and she would give me a freshset. I sent my little brother back to pick up the new set, only to see him arrive home empty handed. I called them back andasked why they refused to give them the nuggets and she responded by saying I failed to bring the old nuggets back.. Which wasprobably pertinent information she failed to mention to me before I tossed them asked in the trash. It's important to note IDrive an F-250 so I did not go back even though she offered to give me the nuggets for a second time. I spent 40 dollars onburnt nuggets and likely about 15 dollars of gas in the two trips. This was a very unpleasant experience I will never buy fromthis location again. Unfortunately this is not the best McDonald?s. The morning staff is amazing they keep the line going, get your orders right &... everything is good just like at most McDonald?s. But the evening staff oh myyyy, it?s like you order, wait FOREVER to get yourfood & when you do it?s completely wrong or they leave things out, things that you payed for & you can?t go inside bc they closethe dinning area at a certain time. You have to get back in the long line and wait again. This is something that happens EVERYSINGLE TIME, now we check everything at the window before we drive off (make sure you do the same) & when you tell an employeethat you are missing something they will roll their eyes & give the worst customer service. We love this McDonald's!! Especially the morning staff! They are always so incredibly friendly and kind! Our food is always... fresh and the people here are always genuinely wishing us a good day!! I drive further to get to this one than the one near myhouse! :) Read more
After going past your payment window. I was at the food receiving window. I asked her to add 4 apple pies to my order. She said,... "she couldn't do it cuz there was a line for drive thru. And that IF I wanted the 4 apple pies. I would have to go to the backof the drive thru line. All of THIS lack of customer service (= cs from now on. ) after I had already waited my turn in line forabout 5 minutes. And all this girl had to do is go to the nearest register and swipe my card. THIS experience was a very, Very,VERY poor customer service practice. I can buy food ANYWHERE. IF I receive THIS kind of one more time. I'll no longer patronizethis location and may just boycott ALL McDonalds all together! Because your fast food chain is NOT THE ONLY restaurant around!Shameful service in my humble opinion! And your McDonald's would have gotten a zero stars IF it was possible to give you zerostars! Read more
