Just ordered through the app , went to pick it up in the drive thru the Edgar at the window couldn?t find my order told me to... pull up and wait. Waited for 15 minutes and nothing so I had to drive back around the drive thru and they sent me again to thesecond window where the guy goes?We WeNT lOOkiNg FoR YoU?. 30 minutes for a mobile order of 2 sweet teas and 6 nuggets! Did not learn my lesson the first time. The first time I waited in drive through line for too long, and gave up went home.. the... second time I waited it out and after waiting and waiting with the line hardly moving I had to go weigh it again for them topick up my food I couldn't even get it at the window $10 for burger and a Coke Read more
It?s McDonalds, but compared to other location this place needs a rehaul. Did curbside pick up twice and it just doesn?t work,... wind up going inside twice cause they focus on the drive thru. Too many 1/5 star experience to list. It needs a major change. Read more

Ordered a decaf iced coffee and a sausage Mcmuffin. First it was cold and crunchy. Than I asked for a decaf iced coffee. I got... to the window and told me they only have hot decaf coffee and gave me that without asking. Manager made fun of me and no oneseems to speak English when there is a problem. I will not be going back and I hope others read this post. It's a quiet Saturdaymorning in their drive through. My question is why they couldn't just tell me when I ordered that they don't have certain itemswhen it's clearly on the menu. Yes it's cheaper but food quality and service was bad. Raw burgers everytime I order. Place is a health hazard
I don't go to McDonald's (on Summit) to pay for reheated fries. Why do my fries smell like grease? Because you put them back in... the grease to reheat them.. and you got the nerve to charge almost $4 for a large fry. ???????? Read more
