The worst!! Went through drive thru and took forever. Finally got to the window and she couldn't find my order. Waited for it... and it was not good, fries were cold and super well done like they tried to refry them. Burgers were cold also!!! Terribleservice even worse food!!! Horrible experience. I was pushed by an employee trying to access a bathroom because she didn?t want people to mess up her newly... cleaned floors. I explained to the manager what happened and they only said they?d talk to the employee. I?ve never regrettedgoing to a McDonalds so much in my life. Read more
Once again, sitting here at work eating food I didn't order. It doesn't seem to matter how much money I spend or how many times... I go to this location, my order continues to get screwed up. They should call this place McDumbshits. Read more
This is literally the WORST McDonald's in the area. Avoid it if you can!! It's the closest to where I live so I've been going... here since I was a kid, but the last 3 or 4 years it's gone downhill fast. They get your order wrong about 50% of the time andthe fries are cold/reheated/tasteless about 90% of the time, to the point where we don't even bother ordering fries from themthat often anymore. The wait times are insane as well, no matter the time of day. Tonight during dinner time I waited 20 minutesfor my food, which you would think was because it was being made fresh, but no. The entire order was clearly microwaved/reheatedto the point where some of it was inedible. We've been complaining and filling out the online surveys periodically for the lastyear and all we ever get is an apology. No offers of refunding us or even a coupon for future orders and they never improve onservice or food quality. We've only kept going this long because of its convenient location, but it's not worth it anymore.We'll be driving out of our way for our McDonalds runs from now on just to avoid wasting our money on food we didn't order andcan't eat because it's so poorly prepared anyways. So I sent my husband to go through your drive thru which is 24 hours. Right after I delivered a baby at midnight over here at... Sherman hospital and they decided to tell him that they are closed and can?t serve him??? I called and asked for the corporatenumber and they tried to tell me THEY DONT HAVE ONE? Which I work in food as well as a general manager so I know that?s nottrue. The rude guy on the phone offered me the general managers phone number and gave me a number that isn?t even in service?All I wanted was some food because I haven?t eaten in over 12 hours and just went through labor and delivering a child. That issome really horrible management. I think this needs to be taken action on ASAP. like someone should be fired for this that isabsolutely not okay. I would fire the manager on shift for this because that is not good customer service at all. So for anyonewho wants to get food from this McDonald?s should just turn around and go somewhere else because they aren?t doing their jobproperly.
