They have a playplace. That was nice. Overall it was nice to come and spend time. But some other kids weren't being watched very... well by their grand mother and my daughter got kicked in the head because he wouldn't get off the top of the slide plus shecouldn't come out because the other brother wouldn't get out. The grandmother just sat there and yelled across the room insteadof getting up and doing something. She didn't say anything after my daughter got kicked either. This McDonald?s and the other McDonald?s (on Redington Dr) continuously say they?re out of guava and crème pies, yet when I... order it through door dash my order is completed and delivered. I know the pies take 5 minutes to make, but every single time wego, the drive through person tells us they are out, until I place my door dash order and still receive it. The manager was rudeand apathetic, charging us a 0.50 difference for an order they messed up on. 50 cents when the employee couldn?t verify and pullup my order? When we explained the order three times, a frozen coke and she still somehow managed to write down an unsweetenedice tea. How can a manager charge us for an employee mistake? And why do your employees continue to say they?re out of guava andcrème pies when I order them through DoorDash at the window (since she refused to make them for me then) and received them. Outof order? Seems like bad management that?s uncaring of issues caused by their own staff. The manager argued that there was aprice (which I would have been more than happy to pay if we had actually been able to see our order)- but we didn?t andexplained that to Sidel (who was laughing and goofing off) before telling us to pull forward before asking us if we ordered anice tea. We explained it was the wrong drink and the manager came up to us and made me pull out my card to charge it over thedifference. Why would I have to pay the .50 difference when it was your employee that made a mistake? No empathy, superunwilling to help the situation and make us feel heard. Absolutely ridiculous. Decided to stop here again after several failed attempts to get my order right. Big mistake! Got home to find the order... incorrect yet again. As I took the food out of the bag, I was disgusted to find a dead fly in the bottom of the bag. Makes youwonder what you?re eating from this place. My whole incorrect order went right in the TRASH. Even though it is not the healthiest of food choices, it has... always been available, quick, and convenient with happy and helpful people. Nice restaurant, amazing food and drinks. Services were great and efficient. However, I noticed there was a lack of Monster High... throughout the building in general. No Monster High toys, no dolls, nothing. Unfortunately, I will have to rate this a solid 3stars. Please fix this, I would not like to have to stop dining here. Thank you. Read more
The drive through even when the line is long moves pretty quick. They've never messed up my order, and my fries have always been... fresh. The play area can get busy but more often than not its not busy at all. Read more
