I used to really love coming here a lot but lately, the food doesn't taste as amazing. I usually get shrimp pad thai or shrimp... Alfredo but the shrimp is always hard now and not soft like before, and there is too much oil and less vegetables in the fooditself. Read more
I ordered dinner for me and my friend. I made the order for pick up. When I got home I realized both of the orders were... incorrect, after noticing this I then called to speak to a manager. The manager I spoke to was really cool & told me to comeback & they would fix it. I let them know I live 20 minutes away & wouldn?t be coming back that night so he said come inwhenever your back in the area. This evening I decided to stop by and when I did the manager on duty took my order saw thereceipt & went to make the order correctly. When he gave me the food I checked it before leaving this time & it was wrong onceagain. He then argued with me and told me I was wrong. I ordered a bowl and the bowl had steak in it, he argued with me over andover again saying that I never said add steak. Finally he made it and over all was just really rude. He began laughing at me andtelling his co workers that I never said steak. This was over all a terrible experience. I was so embarrassed and all I wantedwas my dinner and made right. Not only did they mess it up the first time but a second time. Also not to mention the kitchenwas filthy along with the dinning area inside. On the kitchen floor they had card board boxes broken up and all over the floorthose were also filthy dirty. I can't believe I never reviewed Noodles and Co??? I have been coming here for years. Anyways my go to is always the Japanese... Pan Noodles. But I decided to try the new spicy beef noodles. They are not spicy FYI, it is more sweet honestly. But notbad. The pot stickers are always good. Also tried a few other dishes but I will most likely keep getting the japanese pannoodles. Service is always friendly, but the soda machine hates me! It wouldn't recognize my touch or I'm probably a ghost LOL Read more
