I've been coming here for years. Update: The morning crew is usually fast. They are lucky to have Ashley-she's fast at the... register and takes orders in the drive-thru line in the morning. Got my complicated drink in under 1 minute this cold morningOctober 8, 2022. Plenty of outdoor seating. This location has the nicest and most friendliest Baristas and managers of all theStarbucks I ever visited. Some call me by name. Everyone here greets their regular customers when they enter the door and alsosay good bye if and when they see you leaving. Some Baristas are extremely quick to get drinks like Carly and Kristen. Placed and online order here, and it was ready by the time I got there. I was greeted by the staff, and I enjoyed my coffee!
Drinks are consistent, but I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes today and was late back to work on my lunch break. While... waiting up at the window, I could see the ladies inside chatting and taking their sweet time. It would be nice to see them workwith some urgency lol Read more

Driving back to Wisconsin after dropping a friend off at O'Hare. Snowy days. So I'm going about 25 to 45 mph on the expressway... and I decided I deserve a cup of coffee. Service was wonderful and it would have been five stars except they did not have themuffin that I had hoped to have with my coffee I had to substitute a morning sandwich. Read more
I always have something wrong with my order here, they treat their customers bad I asked for a bag so that I could place about 5... food items I bought and they gave me bad attitude and then left the bag behind the plastic barrier I had to scoop my handunderneath the glass to grab all my food and the bag. Then they also didn?t fill my grande caramel brûlée. I haven?t taken onesip of this drink and this is what I got. Read more
I order a cheese danish and caramel macchiato and usually it?s good and the service is exceptional but when I got my danish it... had a bunch of burnt pieces from I suppose previous stuff from the toaster. I bit into it on my way to work. Glad I stoppedbecause I had not taken out to see it. They need to clean out their toaster or something and stir the coffee well all the sugarsits at the bottom.
