I've never had a bad experience with Starbucks until today. I finished my errands at Target and stopped at Starbucks on my way... out. No Starbucks employee was in the lobby. My husband had to yell back into the back for someone to come out. There was noanswer at first. All you could hear was 2 girls giggling. I was about to leave thinking they were closed but my husband waspretty insistent and kept yelling louder and louder until eventually someone came out. I didn't hear any apology from her thatno one was ready to help. She seemed annoyed that we were there. Sometimes when I go to Starbucks I think some of the people aretoo nice which is annoying but not terrible. This experience has just left a really bad taste in my mouth. Read more

I do it then your dragon drink. Especially the one with cream. You should try it out. That is if you like cream drinks.
I'm not a fan of the "mini" Starbucks tucked away inside of big box retailers like Target, Walmart, etc. The do not have the... vibe and culture of full service cafes. This Starbucks is located inside of Target. Looks dark, empty and totally uninviting.Two staff members more interested in each other than the people/customers outside their bubble. Not a fan. Starbucks shouldre-evaluate the placement of locations and uphold the standards of their brand and culture. Read more

Had a horrible service from a girl with glasses. She not only Took forever to take my order and make my drink but she just threw... the drink at me without saying anything. Like if it isn't her job to try and be polite and take an order. Target workers shouldnot be baristas . Read more
I went into Starbucks today and the service was horrible. I asked for a caramel flavored drink and i was given plain coffee.... Employee was very rude when asked to get it fixed and gave us attitude. She claimed she was ?almost leaving? and clearly did notcare about providing customer service to paying customers. Read more
