This is my second time coming to this Starbucks and I never have a friendly encounter here. I waited half an hour to receive my... order, and had told them that I was waiting for it. I receive my order within those 30 minutes like this? That to me isdisgusting tbh. Plus when I received it it wasn?t a friendly interaction, she just tossed it to me on the table and walked away.Plus I always get stares here. Worst experience ever!!! Went to Starbucks to redeem birthday rewards. First the MANAGER tried to tell me it was expired, after... asking me when was my birthday ( after telling her it was today) she just gave me a blank stare, I told I just had received therewards on my way to Starbucks. This review is to remind myself to not buy anything from this location anymore. The baristas need better training. I?ve had my... drink wrong too many times already. Room temperature nitro cold brew, regular coffee with 2% milk when I ordered a flat whitewith oatmilk and when I asked them to remake it, they gave me a latte ????,a shaken expresso not shaken?etc. Read more
This Starbucks is always jam packed and the poor thing, didn't take long before it got broken into. I don't get why you would... put it here, in this terrible ghetto spot. But anyways it is always busy, so that must mean it's doing good business wise. Read more
Very disappointed in the customer service at this location. We had a large order that we placed online and chose the drive up... to pick up the order because it was raining. When we arrived to pick up our order, they told us we needed to go around becauseit was too large an order to put through the drive thru. When asked to make an exception the girl in the window said "NO! Youneed to come inside!" This order was for teacher appreciation week and we do not feel appreciated for the way we were treatedat this location! Read more
I asked for extra ice but they over did it with the extra ice. I usually order the brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with... extra ice and it comes out just right and perfect. However this time was not as expected as they over did it with the extra iceand the drink was bitter l. I asked them to see if they could re make it or give me more to fill it up.
