Foods usually good but don't expect fast service in the drive thru. Takes for ever to even be able to place your order. Not an... uncommon occurrence either. Usually spend 20+ minutes in line until you get your food. The inside isn't much faster. Updatingoriginal review from a year ago. Only two cars in line. Still took 5 minutes to get my food to figure out they don't know thedifference between spicy nuggets and regular and gave me a bacon cheeseburger instead of a grilled chicken sandwich... My son sent it as an uber gift this past Saturday. The problem was the person that delivered from The Uber did not bother... ringing the doorbell and I was waiting and waiting and waiting until I decided to open the door and noticed it was right by thedoor. My son knows that I'm a diabetic, and I told him to order a double cheeseburger with everything but no bun no fries but Ihad a coat and also wanted one cookie. We have never had a bad time here. Always good food. When busy the orders are a little slower coming but worth the wait. The... burgers are hot, juicy, and fresh, and I really enjoy them. Now if they would just start filling their fries to capacity, one ofthe employees was out shoveling the walk and took the time to visit with a customer and make sure they knew it was icy. Anotheremployee delivered our order to the table and came back to see how we were doing. This was not your typical fast foodexperience. I was very impressed. I'd be a real happy costumer. Never had any issues with this location. They are always sweet and nice. Fast service, delicious burgers, spicy chicken sandwich... is so good, the lemonades are always good and gotta love the baked potatoes, WHICH THEY TOOK OFF THE MENU :( Read more
You kinda have to hit it at the right time. Otherwise, you will have to wait as DT lanes get busier. That's expected though due... to peak times. Neutral experience on my end. Not the best but not the worst either. The chilli is good, and it's a healthyoption too. Read more
