They always mess up my order. the food is good but it's always soggy and weird. I wouldn't recommend.
After ignoring my request for only ranch on my blt, and fresh nuggets for both biggie bags we went back through to get the order... corrected. Waited 5 min for fresh nuggets and when employee came out, snatched our bag with the old nuggets (had bites taken outof them) and caused a big mess of confusion, we finally got our fresh nuggets. i work the night shift, so when i leave work my food options are limited. friday night i got out early and figured i would give... the wendys on randall in elgin at chance. burger was cold, fries were burnt and half way through my stomach started rejecting mymeal so i had to throw it out. i ended up getting really ill. that was friday night, its now sunday and im still recovering.lost my whole weekend. thanks. I was picking up an order and the food wasn't even made and the employee's were screwing around in the back and not doing the... job they were supposed to be doing and when I received my order the food was completely made like someone threw it together thewhole burger was a mess and the fries were cold bad experience this time I usually love coming to this location but today mighthave been my last. This store won't let you get a mobile order thru the drive thru! They make you come inside to pick up...no curbside either. I... have a knee injury and it's difficult to walk. I can't believe they changed to this policy! I can't come back to this onealthough the chicken biscuit was great. Read more
A got a double bacon jalapeno cheeseburger large fry medium drink 10-piece spicy nugget sandwich was super hot fries and nuggets... were really good too. Still no dine-in but they were really nice and you can go inside to get your food and leave. Read more
