I should have went to the location at randall . I just gave this location a try because it was closer to home . I ordered a 8... piece combo meal fried hard . I called in for my order and repeated everything back with me and the order was correct . Irequested my chicken fried hard and seasoning on my fries. I order the lemon pepper Buffalo wings . The chicken was so dry likeit was made with dry rub almost . The chicken was not wet like it has been coated with sauce . My fries didn?t have anyseasoning on it like I asked . My corn had pieces on there that was asked . I?m so disappointed with this food . I got all theway home to eat and realized it everything was wrong . They said I had to wait until the manager come in to make a complaint .And the lady who took my order denied any of my order was wrong Read more
I was nervous ordering from this location because of all of the bad reviews. Glad I did. I went around 3pm on the weekday and... ordered pickup. The food was ready when it said it would be and it was cooked perfectly. The wings were so good, the fries wereperfect. Staff was good. Read more
Thought I'd try a Wing Stop 6 pc combo meal. I chose 3 Lemon Pepper and, 3 Louisiana Rub extra crispy with ranch dressing. The... wings were really good and, those fresh cut fries!!!! My fave type of french fry because it's better potato flavor (to me). Iwill get wings from there again! Read more
They are the only wingstop that doesn't mix the sauce. They literally leave the whole back sauce less. No type of even... distribution. The paper that they put them on gets more sauce than the actual wing. Read more
DO NOT BUY WINGS FROM THIS LOCATION . Jan 2nd 2022 . Purchased a 10 wing combo just to receive a miserable batch of cold fries... with horrible smelling wings ! The wings seem like they?ve been sitting out in a mop bucket then thrown in the frier ! Couldn?tresist the smell that was coming off of them . Bad business ! Would give zero stars if possible . Definitely needs new management or someone babysitting. Always have had problems here. One time I was given habanero instead of... mild, called them and was told to come back and they would fix it and make it right. When I returned the manager proceeded totry and argue with me in front of a store full of people. I told her that I wasn?t here to argue and told her never mind andleft. Just ordered again and was given rotten celery with brown ends and and crumbs for fries. Not one piece of celery wasgreen. Should?ve been thrown away and fresh celery cut. Read more
Very friendly service. To place order over the phone was easy and fast. Inside is clean and easy to get around. The food taste... and looked great. Still had to wait just bit over my ETA for my food but with such kind service it made it up for today. Read more
