No ribs, out of paper goods and best item on menu I ate was coleslaw....won't go back. Update: We were there for lunch...so... unless you had a crazy rush for ribs, you under-prepared. The meat we "settled" for was either prepared wrong or was cooked theday before. I also noticed that you didn't address the shortage of paper goods which makes me think that management failedsomewhere along the way. Don?t EVER EVER eat here. The manager was screaming and cursing at his young employees. Got mad at us when we ordered something... off the menu. Then accused us of knowing one of the employees and trying to get ?a hook up? whatever that means. My husband is aPastor by the way? then yelled at us in front of my kids continued to ask why we ordered what we did. After listening to thisguy trash his employees and us. And offer to ?microwave? a grilled cheese. We walked. He was horrible to us and his employees.And I haven?t ever been this disappointed. Waiting on someone from corporate to contact us. I live in Tulsa and drove to this location because of a recommendation and it was 100% worth the wait! The food was amazing!... Terra went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible despite her being super busy . Because of her I amplanning on making the drive there constantly. Read more
