Went to the drive thru May 22nd. Placed order, then paid. Was asked to pull forward and order would be brought out. Waited 22... mins, watched two other vehicles receive orders and drive away, and was about to go inside, when two employees came out to askif they could help me, was I 'waiting for something?' I replied that I was waiting for my order. They were confused and askedwhat my order was. I produced my receipt. I told them I would just like a refund. I had originally paid by credit card.
