Something here has changed. There are a few kind and friendly employees but also some that have anger issues. I deliberated if... I would make a remark. I ordered a burger today and only wanted the bacon on it with BBQ sauce. It was loaded down with onionsand pickles. I had someone with me take it back, I'm disabled and walking is painful right now. She said the cook acted tickedoff about the whole ordeal. She showed them the ticket to make sure it was ordered that way, it was. So he wasn't to thrilled. Here's the bad part. He took the sandwich and removed the onions and pickles, wrapped it back up in the same wrapper. I triedto eat it but the onion was so pungent that it made me feel ill. I had to get milk and asked if it was protocol to make mistakeorders resent like that. She was the sweetest person ever. I really didn't care to talk to managers because let's face it,majority of them act like their employees do no wrong. Not this manager. He was very kind and wanted to make another burger forme. I was really hesitant about the situation, because I almost died from food poisoning in 2019. Was in hospital for a wholemonth and this made me nervous. When he came back, he said he remade the burger and threw in some fries. He said that is not theway he expected his employees to prepare customer food. He insisted on me getting the replacement food. The onion smell isstill on my hands, and even after multiple washes and lemon. But I would like to thank again to Augustine, I'm sorry if Imisspelled your name. Great food ans great drive in service. Not so great, the ability for someone to keep the other lane from going in the order in... which the orders were given. The poor guy in the inside lane had to wait until the pushy lady behind me got past and he couldjoin the pick up line. Kindness people kindness Read more

First time visiting this location. We stopped in for breakfast and had a very pleasant meal. Whether you are needing the drive... thru or dinning in, this location was very timely and very clean. Read more
The best milk shake in town! It is always made to my specific request. The flavor of their real ice cream makes a difference! ... Son¡c shakes are seldom made where they can be consumed with a straw when I request it. Read more
This was our first visit to this brand new Brahms. The food was good. My Aloha burger was neatly put together, which I was... beginning to think must be a really hard thing to accomplish since most burgers I get at other national burger joints are a messwhen you get them. The employees were both very friendly and professional. Apparently the management at this location does athorough job training the employees. They actually seemed happy to bed working. Now the reason for not giving five stars.Unfortunately this nice new restaurant was not very clean. We was there for dine in at 4 pm and every table was dirty. Therestaurant was not busy. Perhaps they were short handed which seems to be an issue these days. We WILL be back for sure. Read more
Store is busy and staff is very young and extremely untrained. Been there 3 times hoping it would get better. The ice cream... counter is always nasty and cluttered. The milk shake station always has a puddle around it. Even the serving counter hadspilled food on it that was ignored as customers were served. Way to go braums Read more
