tried to order through speaker, order taker very nice came to the car because the speaker was bad. ordered 2 cheeseburgers 1... with mayo and all veggies. the other with mustard and all veggies with tots and 1 drink to go. I live not 5 min away and when Igot home nothing was really warm the burger was cold did not melt the cheese. there was so much mayo I could even taste thelittle bit of mustard and ketchup that was on it. the other had no cheese but only mayo no pickles. I think mine had 1 pickle. the main thing they were not warm and I ordered to go and no cheese. are they not supposed to be made when you order you waitlong enough they should be war. at least. My last couple visits were horrible, the food was either old burnt or both, the chicken strips were like from hrs ago. And the... thing that gets me is we still had to wait like it was all made fresh. I understand it's not gonna be fresh all the time butcome on, it's your job and customer service is a must. Read more
Sonic has decent food. Good drink selection. What always keeps me going back is the convenience. Order on the app. Drive up. Car... hop brings my food. How American is that. The Elgin sonic has good service and hot food. Read more
Speedy, friendly and accurate. The crew really hustles, and the order was delivered VERY quickly. I'm not a fan of their dill... pickle chips (bigger, thicker, fancier), but everything else was spot on delicious. Read more
They get your order wrong more than they get it right. I feel like they are doing better since tipping has been added to the... app. They still need to work on their Blasts. I've had them deliver 1/2 & 3/4 full, melted or ice cream on the outside of thecup so it's completely sticky and gross. The staff is friendly and usually good about fixing issues. Kevin M. was... our server and his prompt attention and kind intentions transferred through. He was a wonderful example of work ethic for ouryounger teens in the truck.
