Regretfully I did not check reviews before stopping here. 1st the good: The fries were hot, the drinks were cold and the... lemonade and jamoca shake were good. But then the sandwich? my husband ordered a gyro. It was the greasiest sandwich I hadever seen. It even made the bread soggy. When I went to take it back, as the grease was literally dripping out of the wrapper,I was told that ?the meat is greasy so it?s going to make the bread greasy?. I explained that we get these all the time andthey have never been greasy; and all I received was a blank stare. The sandwich was inedible so I threw it out losing the moneyI paid. I come here on my break at three for the drive-through person to tell me they?re closed for 45 minutes for his break so I pull... up there at four and he was rude saying the drive-through is closed if you want something you have to come in and when I get inthere. Came in and ordered seven sandwiches that came to $44.31. When called I asked are all seven in the bag. And was told she just... double checked. So I left. I tried to order a chocolate shake and was told there machine was broken. When I got home found onesandwich missing. Returned to loves to find my sandwich setting on counter. The girl handed it to me , with out say were sorryor anything. Just turned and went her way. And fast food places want $15.00 an hour . Read more
I was in the restaurant and told my son to go ahead and begin his order as I went to the car to grab my wallet. I came back and... was about to pay for my food when the cashier canceled my order. I asked why he canceled my order and he stated I took to longand he had other customers. The 1 customer that had walked in with me said no you can go ahead I said no nevermind the order isalready canceled the cashier had no patience. Other people that were in the restaurant noticed that cashier gave me the fingeras I was walking away!!! Very Unprofessional!!! Read more
Two employees and the dining room was open. The restaurant was extremely clean. Everything looked brand new. Fries were hot and... fresh. The roast beef was the most tender I have ever had at an Arby?s. Excellent customer service. I?m not sure what thedifference is from my visit and others, but everything was fantastic tonight. Road-trip got us stopping for a potty break (dog included as Love?s truck stop has a dog park), fuel and a quick bite to eat. ... Connecting fast food chain got us enjoying the traditional roast beef sandwich nicely piled high on a sesame bun. Both the bunand the beef seemed a tad over cooked, drier, but with the right amount of Arby?s sauce sandwich was doable. A side of theirwhite cheddar macaroni was heavy, as the elbow macaroni seemed lost in the thick soup. A no for me. Restaurant was clean andservice was fast. Read more
Not sure what?s going on. This place is 24 hours but as you can see from my pictures, they weren?t serving. I see on google maps... they close at 10pm. Well, the sign on the drive thru says 24 hours. I passed several other places to eat to come here. Not happyat all. Read more
I have been here 5-6 times for lunch in the last year. Its clean, staff is friendly and you actually get service. They are... prompt, polite and stock the condiment area. Definitely different than the majority of places i have been in this time frame.Great Job Arby?s White Pond keep it up. You cant get good service in fast food no more but you guys do great, thanks for servingus. Read more
