Please, do yourself a favor and eat here. I was born and raised inTexas and dearly miss the authentic Tex-Mex foods from my... childhood. I ate from here not once, but twice today and both times were exactly what I?d hoped for. The Texas Burrito I had forbreakfast was so good?I just might have to move to Elgin so I can eat there every morning on my way to work. I went back therefor lunch so I could meet the owner (since someone brought me breakfast to work) and the owner (who is so friendly andentertained my small talk) made the steak quesadillas for me and my boyfriend?so delicious.
