Got a medium instead of a large! My first time at this store, I called in and ordered a large 5 topping pizza. When I arrived... it was ready, they seemed really busy and the guy at the counter was doing a million things at one time (full of flour so Iassume he is also a cook). He was really courteous and I did my best to get out of the way as quick as possible. When I gothome, I realized they gave me the wrong pizza, I got a medium instead of a large!! Although I was a bit upset, the pizza itselfmade up for it!! Delicious pizza! I really don't go to big chains much except when I'm tired or we are at work and I'm lookingto feed the guys at the end of a project. That being said I called the store and I assume the manager answered the phone, shedid a great job getting to the bottom of it! She apologized for the mistake and made the situation a whole lot better!Definitely had great customer service, and didn't let a small detail ruin the experience! Worst pizza ever had. I did pick up and ordered thin and crunchy. Yea it was crunch alright cause it was burnt. Never going back
