It's worth a stop for sure. The Cheff I'd an extremely talented and friendly person. She came out from the back introduced... herself and was a very kind person. The food is amazing it's cooked so well and reminds you of the the good times of homecooking and when everyone gathered around the dinner table and just shared the good old times. I'm a huge supporter of black owned businesses, but my first encounter was unfortunately my last encounter. The pros of the... restaurant were friendly staff, clean restaurant, and good food taste. The cons were extremely long wait time (35 mins for a togo & I was the only customer), small portions for the price, limited menu options, no bread provided with meal. I truly hope forthe best for this establishment, but I unfortunately won't be back. Read more

First we waited a very long time. We order fried pork chops, chicken wings and smothered pork chops. The chicken wings and pork... chops were OVERCOOKED even the one that was smothered.
