I've never had anything bad to say about any business but this place needs to do something different. This McDonalds has... consistently disappointed me and my family. They always forget something, and I mean every single time, with no exception, likeit's on purpose. On top that, add with extremely rude staff half the time. I have had to replace my bank card multiple times forunknown charges, always after a visit here. I won't go there anymore! If you do, pay with cash and check your food. Read more
It's as standard as it gets, by design. The coffee drinks are cloyingly sweet. Keeping dentists in business for sure.

Consistently mediocre at best. This restaurant used to be the worst McDonald's inside of a 100 mile radius, and that's... impressive. 18 months ago, about mid-shamdemic, suddenly it improved dramatically and for 8+ months it nearly achievedgreatness. Since their employees decided they didn't need to try to achieve excellent customer service levels to maintain theirjobs, the quality and service levels have tanked. Often this is a sign of poor management, or disaffected ownership, i don'tknow, but for the fifth consecutive trip over the last 3 months, my order was presented in an incorrect state. For once, it wasjust missing sauces and condiments. Usually an entire meal is missing. Occasionally they miss an entire bag of food. Sometimesthey don't snap any of the lids securely on the drinks and you spend a hot summer day washing the upholstery of your car afterit formed an amazingly large pool of Cok-derpep-rite-ade. I could report the failures in the app, and get a call from theoverwhelmed manager who could not seem to care less about the problem, and I'd get a junk free meal card that they'd probablymanage to screw up. I just don't any more. Instead, I'm going to publish here in a wide public forum where maybe the shame ofconstantly racing back to the bottom of the quality ladder brings attention of this degradation to upper management andownership. Sometimes, you just can't say no for the 50th time to your kids regarding McDonald's... They changed the ingredients in the ice coffee and RUINED it! Now it taste like it has very concentrated berry MEDICINE flavor... ???????? I would get my daily large ice vanilla coffee before work everyday sometimes even twice a day. Even then most of thetime there was a 50/50 chance it would taste like trash because you could tell whoever made it didn't read the instructions onhow to properly make the ice coffee. I use to work at McDonald's and was a "McCafe Expert" this was all when i was in highschool, first job, when they were remodeling to first introduce McCafe. There actually is a very specific way to make the icecoffee. Who knew lol ???? mind blowing i know! Not to mention they use to have great deals and now EVERYTHING on the menu isabout x3 the price all started about 4 months ago. One breakfast meal $9....the dollar menu, LONG GONE! The only reason i wouldeven bother buying McDonald's before was because it was a cheap option to feed my big family on a busy school night every oncein a while. Ordered a large fry and chocolate chip cookies. Ended up with a small fry and som spicy chicken thing that I couldn?t eat so... $5.24 for a small fry. Didn?t have time left in my lunch break to go back. Always check before you drive away! Read more
The food was good. The service lacked. It looked like organized confusion on the other side of the counter. We ordered 4 items... and it took over 10 minutes to get. I won't use kiosk, but maybe they should get rid of them and go back to giving goodservice. Maybe they cater to the drive-thru? Not sure, but at least the food was good. Read more
The food is actually great here. You just have a few employees at this location that are verbally prejudice against anyone that... is not Hispanic. It's not everybody just a small group but they verbally speak it out loud so that you can hear it and they makesure that when they do prepare your food order you're the very last person to get it even if you were the first person out of100 your last. I'm not sure what happened but 5 months ago it was not like that. Read more
