I ordered at 7:50pm online yesterday I got the confirmation online, email, and by text for delivery. At first it said it would... be here at 8:25pm online, then they sent another time by text saying 8:35 I thought nothing of it. It says the usually wait fordelivery is 30-40 minutes. So I waited and by 9:40pm I had already tried to call twice and each time it says they are busy withanother costumer. I waited on the call for over 15 minutes and no one answered until the call eventually dropped both times. Allwe ordered was a deal that included a three topping pizza and eight boneless wings. Luckily we were going to pay cash (which isan option). So, we are not out on money, just disappointing that no one called and texted to say that we could not get our orderor at least say why our order never came. Read more
The pizza was cold and taste like it had been sitting and the wings smell weird I just threw those away I called and they... door dash me a knew pizza that wasn't any better. Because door dash usually has multiple orders at one time and the pizza wasstill cold so I just gave up wasted 54. 00. I gave it a 2 star because they sent another pizza out. Read more
Management here was awesome! My son and I visited while awaiting our order. Manager and I spoke of "the good ol days" when pizza... hut made dough fresh every morning. Fun memories. :) Read more
What a joke this establishment is! I don't even have the time or words for how awful this restaurant is. People who work hard... for their money should not be taken advantage of like this. The place is so bad that this is literally the first time I haveever made a review to help keep others from being ripped off. Read more
Update: I called the store and they were able to ensure my money would be refunded and they also gave me a $25 credit. The... manager was very apologetic as well and explained the situation. I ordered delivery and was quoted over an hour. That's not theproblem, after waiting over 2 hours for my order to be delivered, and after seeing my order was in route to my house, the storeclosed and no one ever showed up. They charged me $50 and I never got any call saying anything as to why my order never showed. Read more
Pizza Hut makes a really decent pizza. Where we live, we don't have many choices for food to go. I am glad they started making... salads again. Our pizzas are always ready on time and hot. They are generous with the toppings, too. I wish they still hadspinach, though. It was so good with mushrooms and black olives ???? Read more
I placed a PICK UP order for Tuesday at 8:15 pm. When we arrived to pick up our large specialty pizza, someone came to the car... and said they would check on our order. We waited 15 minutes then finally asked the same person who was delivering to a car nextto us if our order was going to be delivered soon. He said yes. We waited another 10 minutes and it was finally brought out tous. No apology. No reason given for the delay. We got the pizza home and it was not cut in half appropriately. I call and asked if someone speak spanish so they can understand me better so the guy who answered say "no we don't spek... spanish" ok and I try to do my order in English and the guy who answer don't understand me and passed me a girl and she washello hello hello and I was speaking and they hangout ???? call again and they don't answer.
