Ordered online for my order to be ready at 1pm. Got in the drive thru at 12:55. 25 minutes later and I haven?t even made it to... the window. There are too many other fast food restaurants in this town to wait this long. Completely ridiculous. Read more
All of the lights were off and they were cleaning up inside an hour before they were supposed to close. We waited at the drive... through for a minute then someone took our order. Food took forever to come out, but was hot and delicious. Kinda weirdexperience, but overall happy I got my food. Read more
They are never open during their posted hours. On the rare occasions they do happen to be open, they are consistently slow... regardless of how busy/not busy they are. Additionally, the quality of their food is kind of just meh compared to otherSchlotzsky's locations I've been to. Read more
Waited 45 minutes. There was one other person in the dine in. The staff obviously didn't care. Finally got the food and left.... Ordered a large original with no onion and it was piled with onions and soggy. Completely disgusting. 30 something dollars forour order and I had to throw away. This schlotzskys was terrible. The service was eh, the workers were acting as if we weren?t in the establishment. Everything was... dirty, as well as poor quality. Both our orders had mustard covering the bread, and we said something about it as neither of usordered it, and it just became a complication.
