Horribel experience, my drink and tots were made incorrectly. When I asked for a refund I was given attitude and brought out new... tots. When I explained I wanted my money back because I did not trust him to remake my food he rolled his eyes walked away andcame back this with $3.23 which is less than what i paid for the cheese tots and didn't give me any receipe showing the refund.He was very rude and did not refund or address the mistake they made making my drink. I wasn't able to get his name but he waswearing a purse and lips gloss and he is a black male with a horrible attitude. I wouldn't not want someone like him making myfood! Read more
Second time in the last month that I drove off after placing my order due to the long wait. 5min wait would be awesome, 10min is... reasonable, but more than 15minutes feels a bit ridiculous. For clarity all that was ordered was two shakes. Read more

Ordered and paid via the app. Food was delivered to us quick and was hot. Our car hop was super nice and friendly. Parking lot... was clean and all the car hops were busy doing their jobs waiting on customers. There's also a drive thru to order if you don'twant to park in a stall. What in the heck is this supposed to be? I ordered a chili cheese dog with relish and onions. Are onions green like pickles... now? Ridiculous! PS. The new pickles SUCK! The bun was super soggy and there was MAYBE 1/2 tablespoon of chili. Read more
Was not great, asked for onions and jalapeño on my hot dog and only got the jalapeño. Asked for extra cheese and chilli on my... fries and they only put a teaspoon of chili and a very slight sprinkle of cheese. Then I asked for no ice in my drink and gotice. Very poor service at the Elgin Tx location. Read more
