I?m 40, I know Starbucks is a little older than me. I?ve visited many Starbucks throughout my adult life in different cities... across Texas as well as out of state. I have NEVER ever complained about any location in my life. Due to the fact that everylocation I have visited has ALWAYS had EXCEPTIONAL customer service. So this was my first time stopping by the Elgin location. Ithought ?I?ve never had a bad experience so I know I won?t have one here either!?. Boy was I wrong. The woman who spoke on theintercom was nice, I order a simple drink ?a Carmel ribbon crunch Frappuccino? no biggie right?! Wrong. I drove up and I had twocars in front of me. One had one drink and the other two but it seemed like they had 10 in each vehicle, they took forever. Ithought ?maybe their drinks were complicated, whatever.?. So finally it?s my turn. There was someone at the register but shejust looked at me and walked away (this was just after 6pm they were not busy at all compared to other locations). Noacknowledgment, no hello be right with you, nothing! I waited several minutes later to finally be told my total, hurried up andpaid because I was running late to my destination. I grabbed my drink and it felt light but due to me being late I just hurriedup and grabbed it. I get to my destination, which is literally a minute away, grab my drink and finally really look at my drink(I?ve never had to inspect a Starbucks drink ever). I basically paid for a VENTI WHIPPED CREAM! Where is the Frappuccino??? Iwill never return to this location. I knew I should?ve waited until I seen a Dutch Bros. ??????????? HORRIBLE!!!!! Read more
Got a pink drink for my kid with vanilla bean powder. When we got it, it was on the light side so we asked if we could get some... more of the strawberry açaí and the girl was like well it?s because of the vanilla bean powder. We said ok, but could we getsome more of the açaí? We like it a little darker and she was like well next time just be specific when you order. We were alittle taken aback because sometimes they make it like how we like it and other times it?s light. She closed the window and thenanother lady came to the window and said we need to order extra açaí next time and we said well sometimes it?s good andthere?s no need and other times there?s not enough. (Kind of like how your favorite coffee can be made one way and then ifsomeone else makes it, it?s different?) anyway, she then Said ?well, I?m a chef and I go by the EXACT measurements, just orderextra açaí next time.? She said it really rude, too! Well, dang! Sorry, but not everyone makes the drinks the same! Then shewas like ok are you all set? We were like uh, no. And she kind of just like was oh here and gave us our food. We had alsoordered a warm cookie and it was rock hard cold. :( Won?t be going back. I would rather drive out to Manor than go right up theroad to this one.At least the folks at the Manor Starbucks are nicer than these rude and seemingly stuck up ?chefs and baristas? Read more

They get it right each time! Best Starbucks I have been to in a long time. The drinks are great, the staff is nice and... welcoming, and I truly appreciate how clean this store is! I feel like a lot of the Starbucks in the Austin area need to visitthis store and mimic how clean the entire facility, including bathrooms, is. The staff also takes a lot of pride in servingtheir customers, which is something we are beginning to see less and less. Thank you Elgin Starbucks! Read more
Who doesn?t love a good Starbucks drink! The staff is always nice ???? & don?t hesitate when you ask them questions or like... their opinion on a certain drink. If you do happen to go in it?s always clean & the staff greet you with smiling faces &cheerful tone like if they?re happy to see you.
