Manager was actively cursing out female employee in front of us. No one knew how to operate cash register and manager said it... wasn?t his job. We left halfway through our sandwiches getting made. Whoever runs this thing probably needs to look into amanagement refresh. Read more
It was OK. My steak and cheese sub was mostly cheese and almost no steak. The employees, while nice enough, had a difficult time... understanding what myself and other customers wanted so I got a slightly different sauce and tons of onions but no greenpeppers. The subs were passable and tasted fine. But, this surely isn't a standout location by any means. If you're reallyjonesing for some Subway, it'll do the trick but, I probably won't come here super often if I'm honest. Read more
Lately all the Subways I have gone too have an issue with ordering supplies or shipment of the supplies. Very disappointing... when you can't have the sandwich the way you like it because they are out of the essential ingredients. Read more

Andrea and Andrea are a rockstar team! I stopped coming here because the sandwiches weren?t good and the employees just didn?t... seem to care (no judgment, I?ve had my share of burn out). But the Andrea?s were working one day when I decided to try again,and the quality and care put it into the food really makes a huge difference. This was chance #4 and once again very disappointed; Ordered 3 subs online at 7:15pm; received notice it was ready at 7:30pm;... tried to walk in to pick up order; it wasn't ready until 7:52pm; that's 100% unacceptable. Flies all in the store too. Theykept swatting at them. Did this place change owners? We used to love this place, but last 4 times it was terrible.Unfortunately, we won't give them anymore chances and we will NOT go back to the Elgin Subway! Read more
Probably the worst experience I've had at a Subway. The food was okay but everything else was far from satisfactory. First we... had to tell the staff what ingredients were in a Subway Melt as she forgot the bacon. Second, after buying cups we found outthat they were out of Sprite, lemonade and vitamin water, basically every drink the kids wanted, they were also out of lids. Iwent to the bathroom after the employee came out and there was a complete roll of tissue just lying across the floor and everytrash can in the place was full. The employee was obviously to busy texting on her phone to notice any of this. Read more
