Clean inside, friendly staff
Just stopped at the Shell station for a cup of coffee. The coffee pot was 1/4 full and looked like it was burnt so I selected a... cold coffee fron the refrigerated merchandise. I went to the counter where a girl waved her hand at me like she was swatting afly. I patiently waited for ten minutes while the girl was yelling at another customer at the drive-through window. I decidedto leave and not purchase anything. I went out and got in my car and the girl proceeded to walk to the door and throw me hermiddle finger. Guess what lady? This is America and you better learn a little Customer Service or go back to your home countrywhere its acceptible to treat people like dogs. It is not acceptable here and you will never get another penny from thishard-working American! Read more
I don't know why people think they should have to report handicapped people who use the spots unless they are ... jealous .leave them alone. You don't know if they are handicapped or not I have 2 rods and a fusion and scoliosis and a number of other things and people are constantly complaining about me being in a spot where it's my right .I worked for it I actually worked my body for it. So leave us alone . The review .the place is not set up to serve handicapped people who need help with the gas pump and putting air in the tires. They won't help us. It is law theyhelp us . I don't know what to do anymore. Get rid of my vehicle and walk or get a horse. Read more
Always have enough registers open to handle long lines, unlike Delphos 5th street there is one register and ya have to tell the... arrogant Male that works late night to open up his register to clear the line of people who were fussin about it, so I told himto open up his register his comment you don't know how speedway works, I popped off right oh yes I do and corporate will knowabout his bad attitude and horrible antics of getting things done Well bub I think you are going to have to go back throughtraining Read more
Food isn't the best, but it's convenient and the workers are pleasant.
Worst experience ever! The cashier Amber, with dark hair, working 8-4-17 @3:20pm is rude and inconsistent. She did not card the... person in front of me for cigarettes but then not only asked for my ID, but asked for me to take it out. When I brought it toher attention about carding everyone she was very rude. My family has used this location for decades and this interaction isamong my worst top 3 in any business. Next time I'm in town and she's working, this location will miss all of my business. Read more
I have repeatedly witnessed handicapped parking violators at this Speedway yet no one does anything about it. I took it upon... myself once to park so closely to the drivers side door that he had to climb in from the passenger seat. Read more
