Everything is always cold somehow. The dumb stoners that work here have never gotten even the simplest of orders correct.
Very sad that orders have been wrong. But today they gave us a shake in a broken cup. When they handed it to us and it collapsed... in our car the attitude of the girls at the window was shocking, like it was our fault. Very disappointed. The other day Iordered a footlong hot dog and got 2 small hotdogs on the bun. The next time I ordered no chilli on the footlong and got nocheese with chilli. Each time the demeanor was who cares. I literally sat for 30minutes waiting for my food with not so much as a "sorry it's taking so long" or anything. I finally left... and can promise that I will never return to this sonic location ever again. I'm pretty sure it's ran by a bunch of children withno adult supervision. An absolute waste of time!
