Everything is always cold somehow. The dumb stoners that work here have never gotten even the simplest of orders correct.
Very sad that orders have been wrong. But today they gave us a shake in a broken cup. When they handed it to us and it collapsed... in our car the attitude of the girls at the window was shocking, like it was our fault. Very disappointed. The other day Iordered a footlong hot dog and got 2 small hotdogs on the bun. The next time I ordered no chilli on the footlong and got nocheese with chilli. Each time the demeanor was who cares. I literally sat for 30minutes waiting for my food with not so much as a "sorry it's taking so long" or anything. I finally left... and can promise that I will never return to this sonic location ever again. I'm pretty sure it's ran by a bunch of children withno adult supervision. An absolute waste of time! Service is what shapes a restaurant experience, including fast food. The lemonade I had was good, but the service was horrible.... While ordering, we asked for one order of chicken nuggets. The order taker was joking off and added two large grape slushies. Weasked him to remove it and he didn't. What's more concerning is that this was a manager. Would've been different if we knew himas a friend, but we hardly know this person. So we bought $20 worth of large slushes after asking him to remove both of them.Messing around with money isn't the right way to use humor. He proceeded to tell us he was hard of hearing. It's a Sonic. It's like all other Sonics, but this one's mine. Okay, it's not mine, it's just the closest one to me and the one... I visited the other day. I won't discuss the food because fast-food is fast-food, but the kids that work there were allexceptionally nice and accommodating when I was being silly. You can't ask for more than that. Read more
