Unfortunately this location needs a lot of work. The employees have zero knowledge of the beverages they?re preparing, they?re... consistently ?out? of cold brew (at 9am, come on ????), they?re rude and inefficient. I go to Starbucks because I know I cancount on consistency - obviously not at this location. I?d encourage you to get your coffee at another location where theyactually care. Read more

Thieves. Tried to charge for a full $6 for two shots over ice which is $3 at any location. Refused to correct it. Its not about... the price its about the rude service and refusal to do your job properly. Read more
Zero regard for allergies, asked to make a coffee with oat milk due to a dairy allergy and she blatantly used whole milk and... Carmel drizzle without asking (which also contains dairy).This isn?t the first time either. They are not sanitary and reuse thewhole milk steamer cups for almond and coconut milk as well which is against what they are trained to do. Despite being apart of a larger store (Safeway) where I would typically expect a slower experience. The staff at this location... are always quick to prepare drinks, even with a rush of people. They've also gone above and beyond to make sure all thesurfaces in the cafe area of the store stay sanitary. Something Im very mindful of in the midst of the pandemic. They alwayshave face coverings as well. So you can be certain that during a quick stop for coffee its both good, sanitary, andsafe. Cheers to the employees working here. This by far is my favorite Starbucks to go to, my drink is always the way I like it. We go in the morning before school if we... have time and Tracie is always in a great mood, even if she is having a bad day or hard times I would never know it because shealways has a smile on her face. She is very people friendly and always talks to my son about his day. They work hard to get thedrinks out when low staffed so I greatly appreciate it. You guys are amazing ???? Read more
I 100% understand the lack of staff, however the 2 employees working were so rude. Young girl kept giving dirty looks to... everyone when they would ask a question about their drinks. Waited in line for over 20 minutes just to receive the wrong drink,when asked if they could fix it they told me no. Read more
