I?m not usually one to complain about a place closing a few minutes early but dang. The last THREE times I?ve been to this... Walmart I wanted to stop at subway, unfortunately the worker was closing everything up an hour early. I get it, cleaning takesawhile, but your hours say 7:30 pm meaning THAT is the time you close down, then clean. I?ve never worked at a restaurant thatemployees actually left at closing time, that?s the time it?s closed to customers then closing duties begin. Just not goodservice all around. we walked in to subway. worker was no where to be found. looked around around ~15 seconds and saw worker texting in a corner... with his head down. i had to say something to get his attention. i asked for double meat on my sub and then argued with me aboutnot putting double meat on because he would have to go make more. complete BS... i ended up settling for ?deluxe? meat (halfdouble meat) because i didnt want to argue with the tool any longer. went to sit down to eat in their lobby and over half thetables were dirty and the worker went back to texting with his head down again after we finished paying. amazing...... The server who helped my husband was preparing our sandwichs without a mask. That is unacceptable!
Couldn?t be bothered to help my family. His phone call telling match on speaker was more important than us. Hopefully this place... goes out of business and we can get something else in its place. Read more
I ordered the cold cut combo. At this location it does not come with salami. Basically a bologna (sliced super thin) sandwich.... Dirty tables. Two young Male employees on their phones drinking juice. Not helpful very sarcastic. I'm avoiding this place andwarning all my fellow walmart peers. Came in at 9:30am and the employee had her music playing and was cleaning the toaster oven. She turns to me and says she?s... cleaning the oven and can?t use it. I told her I didn?t need the oven, but would like some subs. She rolled her eyes andbasically threw a fit and said they just barely opened and she didn?t even have everything set up yet. I?m pretty sure thesethings should be done before they even open the gate. The hours say they opened at 8:30 (1 hour earlier). She couldn?t bebothered to help a paying customer. Horrible service!
