Just went into the dining room. No other customers were there, not even in the drive thru. Dining was absolutely filthy! There... were at least 4 employees working. Food was not prepped, trash full, drink lids and straws not stocked, food and trash all overthe floors and tables throughout entire establishment. Took over 20 minutes to get an order of 3 items. Took 2 bites and spit itout. Disgusting. Got a refund but it took the girl 2 tries to get it right and then she still messed it up, gave back too muchchange and I gave it back to her. Drive up gave us someone elses order. Someone is missing enough food for a small party and we're missing our simple two person... order. Based on all the comments this Taco Bell needs a new crew, who can can take a few extra seconds and double check theorder. Best advice to anyone going to Elizabeth Taco Bell... sit at the window and double check your order BEFORE driving away. Completely botched order. In the lobby , face to face order. Ordered 4 chicken burrito's. $2 each. The girl decided I must have... wanted supreme & not once did " I would like 4 chicken burrito supremes " come out my mouth. When you pay for extra chicken you should get extra chicken. Costs $1.20. Does this look like extra chicken....CHECK YOUR ORDER... ALWAYS. ***update.
