Delish! Loved the Nutella, pistachio and cookies and creams. So many topping to choose from! Yum!!
We came and filled up our cups with frozen yogurt, only to come to the counter and have the employees deny us any sauces because... "they've already cleaned the bottles" more than half an hour before closing. They said we can throw away our yogurts. This isthe second time this happened to us at 16 handles. When asked the employees if the owner knows they do this, they replied thatthese were the owner's instructions. If this is how customers are treated at 16 handles, I will never come back here again. Although the froyo is good, the service was very disappointing. The staff cleaned the store half an hour before closing and... denied us service. We wanted to use sauces for our froyo, but they said they have already cleaned them, and that they will nottake them out for us. When we said we wouldn't buy anything if we knew in advance that we couldn't use sauces. They said wecould throw out our froyo if we don't want it and denied our business. Very disappointed.
