I've been mostly enjoying my visits to Applebee's since I been here for work staying in a hotel. Until last night when I... decided to come back there after having lunch (delicious). So I came back for a couple drinks and everything was fineuntil I asked to sit outside on the patio. First I was told no,okay then I was approached and told it was okay. So I wentout there and waited for a service. It took a while so I asked the sever that was closest. He barked at me telling he was busy and he had 6 tables and would get to me.I returned to my seat outside. Me and another gentleman were out there. Hewent in to get a drink from the bar for he and I. He was told I was not getting served. He asked why and was told I was a problem. Meanwhile I was outside getting service from the server who previously told me to wait. I commented to him thathe should not tell a customer, he is busy and to wait. He left with a smirk on his face . Soon he returned with drinks formyself and my friend. My friend returned to the table with a drink from the bar. Then suddenly the manager appearedtelling us the patio was closed and belligerent with and attitude and left when I said I would record the event going backinside and locking the door. My friend said he was leaving. I said I done nothing wrong was not we sat and finished ourdrinks and security approached us. I told them my story and they walked away and the police showed up. This place is great to get out of the monotony, you can go alone or accompanied and it will be a great experience! Desserts are... delicacies! pasta, I love pasta! excellent decision!!! thanks to your staff for patience and being bilingual! Read more
We had the best waitress. Her name is Serenity! She was a joy to talk to. Food of course was great cuz it's Applebee's

Conveniently located inside jersey garden mall. Perfect for a quick sip and eat , after a full day shopping inside the mall. ... There is a separate bar area for a quick drink . Wish the service was faster near the bar area. Drink and food was good though .Had a ???? boneless wings and they were good. Lots of parking outside . Not much of social distancing rules within therestaurant. Overall a good time? Read more
Went here today (7.2021) and the food was decent. I only have my basic three cheese penne without meat and with added bruschetta... and jalapenos and a cherry coke. The waitress was so nice and sweet. She gave me a hug when I gave her the tip. She seemed to behaving a not so nice day and I sensed it from the get go. But she was still pleasant from the time we walked in and took ourorders. Read more
Loved the place, drinks and food. Very good service. My soup was bit cold when served so asked them to heat it a bit and they... got me fresh one hot. I was really happy. This is the first time I visited Applebee's restaurant and I really loved thecocktail, salad and chicken enchalada soup. The drink was actually awesome. Read more
We nipped in while at Jersey gardens for a snack so shared the sides. Took ages to be served. A few staff chatting very loudly... about their weekend & a few tables waiting to be served too. Food was good waffle fries & onion rings huge portions but mac ncheese small. All the seats were bar stools so no good if you need to sit low. The waiter wrote the dif options for tipping onthe receipt then proceeded to explain how to tip...this was the most interaction we had from him. Read more
