Horrible Service! What a horrible place , walked in with a party of 17 PEOPLE yesterday night ! The service was rude &... unapologetic, ordered aVodka & cranberry , ended up been 99% just cranberry juice asked if i could change my drink & they saidyes but I’ll have to charge you for these one you already ordered or you can pay for an EXTRA shot . The drinks were so good and the customer service was amazing. Especially Yessica she was so sweet and helped me and my group.
Was here for nightlife, so I don't know how th food is because we just danced. This is a very good spot though, they played a... mix of bachata, merengue salsa and reggaeton. While it was small, it was still enough room to dance and have fun! Read more
If I could, I would have given no stars at all! The most disgusting and disrespectful place ever! We entered this place, two... males and 4 females, and asked the receptionist at the entrance if there is food here. The receptionist said ‘yes’, and werepeatedly asked to confirm. At the entrance, they charged two our male friends $10 each, $20 total. Immediately after weentered, the hostess told us that there is NO food! We turned around and asked the receptionist nicely for our money back. Sherefused and pointed at the security/the guy in charge… We repeated out request to him, and he said “get the f… out ofhere”… You can position yourself as a cool club who could care less about some occasional visitors, but, guess what? The waitress with the short black hair was so sweet! Unfortunately there was no seats for our table and and the place was very... packed/ small but I had a good time. The music and drinks were great. I went on a Saturday night and the crowd was mostly olderpeople around their 40s. Read more
