I order from here all the time and for the most part never have an issue when I go pick it up or get curb side delivery ... getting things delivered takes a little longer but I get the short staff issue but if you want to be lazy and get it deliveredyou deal with it like a big girl if not I jump in my car and go get it myself either way you get 5 stars from me? thanks forworking guys so I don?t have to cook Read more
They never answer the phone. Was calling for about 1 hr. I had made N order online and they took 2hrs to arrive. The pizza was... cold by the time they hit here. The boxes was bent and wet. It was not even raining out. They didn?t bring any if the sauces. Ipaid extra for as well. Read more
Last night I ordered a hawaiian pizza n a marble cookie around 1015ish, I usually order from domino's n never had an issue... ordering from them till last night. I understand the inconvenience of being short staff. But being short staffed has nothing todo with the preparation of the food. Especially, when we are paying your prices dominos + your delivery fee, Us as customers ifwe are paying your prices we should be able to atleast receive some decent food. Last night , It took 4 Hours for my food to gethere i was already falling asleep! The driver gave me a call around 2 AM saying she was 7 Min away. Also the driver called mewith thru a private number , the driver knew what she was delivering , i ended up getting delivered a COLD , HARD, pizza lastnight, n not only that they burnt the cookie i ordered n NEVER decided to cut it, n on top of that i still tipped the driverconsidering they are short staffed but after receiving my food i definately think it wasnt worth it. I am so disappointed withthis type of service . If the delivery was gonna be made late they should given me a call telling me that its gonna be 4 hourslate, n atleast kept the food warm, but not let the food be outside for it to get all cold , theres no type of consideration onhow ur employees are making food n no type of consideration on how they are preserving it. no stars means 0! yes! thats what this particular store deserves!!! I placed an order online at 6:45pm. I was at work, and... ordered food for my kids to be delivered... not only did they get the entire order wrong, but i was missing an item. the orderarrived closed to 9 pm!!!! I tried calling the store to follow up on the order and they were not polite at all. the only thingthey said was "well, we are very busy tonight". when we finally got the order, they sent the wrong pizza's and the garlic breadi ordered. I called them again, and the same person said " well, what do you want me to do about it" I was so confused atfirst... but then i said, what do you mean? i paid for these pizza's and garlic bread!!! I told him I will keep the pizza, but Istill want the garlic bread because I paid for it... he said you'll have to wait until we are available... Finally, after atleast 7 phone calls, the garlic bread arrived at 11:45pm!!! can you believe this! my initial order was at 6:45 pm... wrong orderand on top of it my missing order arrived at 11:45 pm...4 hours later!!! this is unacceptable!!! Late delivery, Disgusting pizza and Horrible customer service. The pizza was out for delivery for 40 minutes. When we received... it, the boxes were crushed and the pizza was cold. I called twice to speak with a manager and was put on hold for a long time.They finally connected me with a manger named Edna. She was rude and did not even apologize for the bad service. My first time I other from this place and it was the worst it took them 50 minutes to make it, an extra 28 minutes from the time... the driver left the store to arrive in to my house and I only live 4 minutes-away. This is how my order arrive. I call to makea complain an the person I spoke to was rude. Telling me that there driver doesn?t only do one delivery at the time. But if itis to delivery a cold order I prefer no order again from this place. Big mistake with no clients no business. One more unhappycustomer. Read more
If there were zero stars I would have gone with that. This is hands down the worst domino?s restaurant I have ever ordered from.... And we?re not talking just once, but over the course of years this restaurant has just been on a down hill slide with employeesobviously not caring at all about you or your food preparation. When they screw up your order or deliver cold food they promiserefunds but you never actually get a refund. I live a block away, and I?m always the last delivery on the guys route.
