There?s many things I can say, management is RUDE and RACIST. It?s sad. Elizabeth it?s a big community of different cultures and... majority being minorities, been coming here for years, walk-in and drive through the last couple weeks nasty attitude frommanagement not welcoming at all. I will take my morning walks to this location not no more. It?s sad Elizabeth it?s a greatcommunity different walks of earth and to see this RACIST attitude from management from this establishment is sad. Saturday, October 29th. I went this DD, this is not my first time but is the first time the service was awful To add insult to... injury, after realizing my order was wrong at home, I drove back. The drive attendant was busy soI stood on line at register.Two people in front me left because they were so upset that no one came to the front. I did notice this young kid not un DD gearwalk from the back to the front then back to back to the back. He didn't acknowledge no one. I asked him who is the manager,whatis their name? He was like, "she in the back doing something " and went along his way. No customer service skills. I waitedover half hour. If you dont want to work? Dont go. Seriuosly, The woman is back and forth made eye contact with me when I askedif she was the manager. She kept walking, completely dismissive and disregarded I was standing there. She appeared either white,Jewish, white Latina, regardless she was unprofessional, disrespectful by not even saying hi? I am tied up with something giveme moment please Nothing Now the drive thru guy,Taevon,was very nice i told him what happened, i waited that no one was indrivethru and he did my entire order,was apologetic and was more manager like and professional than the unresponsive woman or socalled manager. I can assure you, location location location, her butt would not treat a patron like this if she was working inClark. Give accolades to those who try to help and resolve an error but to be the manager and leave your patrons and youremployees to fend for themselves, is disgusting. I go there often on my way into work it used to be the best around. It gets worst everyday. Coffee is terrible and the workers... just don't care. I stood in line 12 min before even ordering. Other days they're arguing. Prices are the highest around. Goingto leave 5 min earlier to go to a more decent D&D Read more

Oct 14th 2022 1:30 am, Horrible experience with the woman attending the coffee shop, why can't black women leave their nasty... attitude at home, if you don't like your job just quit! Is not fair for customers to be treated as unwanted guests. If themanager or owner of these location is wondering why the sales at night are bad, just go as a customer at night and you'll findout. I have attended many business I am a local politician and advocate for business owners. However this has got to be ultimately... the worse costumer service ever. We asked the manager if we could please use the bathroom we are loyal costumers who shopfrequently there. We however we?re not buying there today. We asked to use the bathroom and the manager had the nastiestattitude ever and approached us with verbal aggression. Very long line at 8:49 am( after rush hr) Poorly written in pen note on Recept paper stuck to menu board in drive through .... Employee says before anything read note on board. No good morning or can I help you. No food it says . So again why the line?Ordered an ice coffee. Stood there while 3 employees spoke to each other. 1customer inside. Said excuse repeatedly. Had to honkhorn to request a straw for the ice coffee. Never before . Smh. Just close the doors. Read more

Showed up at 4am, doors are closed go to the drive-thru and I'm told there's a 15-minute wait because the registers are... updating. Why can't they update them one at a time. No offer to take cash the only solution is to waste my time ordering viaUber. Useless. Read more
