Horrible , ordered a box of joe more then 10 times in the last 7 months thru the Drive-through. Today was told I had come in,... I asked since when she told me it was always like that. I?m new too the area , been going too this Dunkin? Donuts for a week & half. The Service that I receive from this employee on... the morning shaft by the name of Ms. Don have been ? excellent/Great customer service ? she listens, acknowledge & remember thelittle details of my order. Had a lil miss understanding with one of the employees , Ms.Don stepped right in & corrected myorder. Never had a problem since then. She?s great , fast & the best coffee maker. Her outstanding customer service will be thereason that I continue to visit this location. We need more like her. Read more
I desided to give them a 2 bcos they are slow as he'll specially at morning time And am talking they are 4plus ppl working and... can't manage to move fast enough front desk bcos drive thru are berry fast ,so if you are in a hurry to go work and desided goin its better to go state to work bcos you will b late they will make you wait from 11-15 minutes per person so be advised,drive thru is the best way to Do it only at this location Read more
I stopped for gas at this dunkin and used my rewards for a cup of coffee. Then one of the workers approached me from behind the... counter and asked me if I paid for my coffee. Excuse me!? The young lady gave me the coffee, yes I paid.... Never again Read more
