Workers wanna have attitudes when they are the ones who messed up the order in the first place. Staff needs improvement.
This is for the location on Bayway Circle, Elizabeth, NJ. There griddle cheese sandwich, snackin bacon and medium hot tea with... three lemons and sweet is very tasty. once again I went to this donkin donuts I ordered coffee without sugar and it came with sugar but today I was in a hurry and I... ordered my coffee without sugar a drink for my daughter and a donut for her I had to throw it all away because the donut hadsand on it looked like it fell on the ground and they'll put it back in the bag look at the comments 3.9 it's a shame i hope idon't go back there anymore i'm a neighbor but i'd rather go elsewhere there it's disgusting zero stars Read more
You would think that a franchise would get the coffee about the same flavor or way of making it. That is not the case in this... locatiom. It didn't happen once or twice...5 different occasions I attempted to order the same coffee I have other at other DDand this is the only location that cannot get ot right. I don't get it.... I go to this dunkin donuts around 2 times a week and never had problem with the staff. They alwsys nice and I go because they... always make my coffee so good but today around 5am something this lady right here was in the speaker. First I came to the drivethru and wait around 10 mins but noone said anything. I said hello 3 times and noone answered So I thought that the speaker wasnot working and I went to the window. When we got to the window I told the lady nicely why I went to the window and she justtold me with attitude that she didnt go to take my order. I told her that I wait 10 mins in line and she should at least saidsomething. If she had told me to wait a second I would have waited But she didnt. I told her Im not going to leave because Ineed to order and she told me I will have to move my assss because she was going to call the cops. I told her she could callwhoever she wants because I wasnt doing anything wrong. Im going back to speak with the manager of that location and showher/him the video I recored because this is not the way you treat your customers. I always go in group and spend money there tobe treated like that. Im not coming back to this location if after I show the manager the video she mentiong my asss andeverything if the manager doesnt do anything about it. I do not lose anything because I can go to another location But theygoing to lose 4 customers and maybe more. Read more
