I took my mom to Mamasushi in Elizabeth for a Birthday lunch/meal and this place has the worst service. They bought out my mom?s... food my brother?s and one of my daughter?s food yet my youngest daughter nothing nor mine. My mom?s dish was half served it wasmissing the rice and the soup. I spent 248.00 on the worst service I ever had. I am ashamed to even know that this place isowned by a Dominican. What a theft. I didn?t even get what I order. Read more
The appetizers and drinks were good but the sushi was dry and not comparable to the dominican sushis with sweet plantain.
First time and I believe the service is awesome and the food and drinks are amazing. Coming back definitely.
Well the food alway good the drink as well but the service not happy it ? I love to do great tip sometimes more then regular... because I live from tips and is all about the service. but the service wasn?t good special in this location never had badservice in other location the service wasn?t there from the entrance to the server. Really love the food here. Dishes are plated beautifully and are always delicious. Regardless of what I've tried, from entrees... to sushi rolls, its all very flavorful and very good. Drinks are bomb too! Sadly, the service is poor. Please re-train serversand tighten up serve times, Mamasushi! We waited almost 20 minutes for drink orders. Sushi took about 30 minutes to come out butwas well worth the wait. It was another 20 minutes after we finished eating to finally get the check. Language barriers makethings a bit challenging at times but overall this restaurant is excellent. Read more
I went with my sister and nieces for my mom's birthday. We were there for 2 hours mostly waiting on our food. By the time we... left, my sister and one niece hadn't even been served. They gave my sister the wrong food to take home and my niece's order wasnever placed to begin with. The food was ok, but the service was horrific. Shame because I was super excited to try this place.Never going back, and definitely do not recommend. Read more
