Came here at 5:14am and stood at drive thru for 3 mins. Friday, November 25th. No one came. Considering it was Black Friday I... thought it was probably closed. I decided to leave after multiple attempts saying ?hello??. Once upon driving away, I saw twowomen workers chit chatting inside without a care for the line. This is ridiculous. Very slow. 2 people in front of me in line at 11:03, placed order at 11:09, picked order up at 11:16. Basic 3 star because it... was avg service. Caramel Macchiato because no Frappe. Cup was not ful???? Read more

It's basic McDonald's, they get very very busy and it gets very slow and overcrowded fast. Food accuracy drops pretty bad when... it's at it's busiest especially if you're asking for special preparations. (Sometimes it's bad, like we asked for a plaincheeseburger and got literally just a bun once.) So have patience. Also this location is NOT ALWAYS 24 hours. Only specific daysand it changes sometimes. And don't bother trying to call ahead to find out either, 9/10 they don't answer. But it's aMcDonald's, it's the classic look and feel with a play area for kids, yes it smells like feet and everything is greasy. Read more

First of all I?m Hispanic. They have people who don?t even speak English taking orders there. I don?t know what nationality... the person taking the order was but Spanish would be my guess. I asked for 2 big breakfast and she gave me the wrong thing. Price was the same so I didn?t notice it till I got home. I repeated the order three times because she kept repeating the wrongthing with a thick accent that I barely understood myself but honestly I didn?t want to ask her if she spoke Spanish becausesome people get offered. Very frustrating because once I?m home I?m not going to drive back. People check your orders beforeleaving when you order here. This is not the first time they mess up my order this one just warranted a review because Irepeated the order three times & that should?ve been enough to get it right and she didn?t. When I called to complain someoneelse that barely spoke English told me they where the manager. I told them I didn?t believe them and would review and complainin writing and 2 minutes later someone called me back saying they where the manager. Read more

Most time customers service is very rude. So this time I ordered the 2 for $6 special, as I drove by I saw on the window out... side and the sign in the store in front the register, but my order came to $10 for 2 sandwiches, I said to the cashier itshould be $6.. she called the manager and they started speaking Spanish totally disregarded me, tell cashier no, I showed thesign she came out and turn the sign around and refused to honor me what the sign said..(see sign in pics below) guess that wouldbe my last time going there always something. Very disappointing. Crispy chicken sandwich was burnt. Probably didn?t change or clean the oil. Couldn?t even eat this. I... ordered this food Thursday May 27, 2021 at 12:30 PM. When I confronted the manager about this matter he gave me a refund and healso laughed. Yeah very funny serving customers burnt chicken. He was unapologetic and seem to not care. The manager and thestaff who is responsible for the fryer should all be terminated. I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone unless you like burntfood. Read more
