I havent been here for like 2 years - it has definitely gotten better - better quality of fruits !! The bowl looks small but it... does get you full. The service is pretty quick and they have more options than before for sure This is a good place to trydifferent bowls other than acai. I love Playa Bowls and buy from this franchise several times a week. This was my first time at this location. It was very clean... and they had the best service I?ve ever received from all the locations I?ve been to! Lenia, Mya, Jay & Angie serviced me andwere all extremely pleasant and sweet. More and more healthy options are becoming available and that's a good thing. This was my 1st time experiencing Playa Bowl so I... didn't know what to expect. COME MEET THE ELECTRIC MERMAID. I?ve been to this place already twice in the past month. First time had an açaí tropical bowl... - which was amazing!! Second time went for the electric mermaid. Place was very clean. I got the aloha smoothie and the nutella acai bowl. Came out to around $20 together and it was so worth... it. The door says they offer delivery on the usual food apps but I don?t see the option yet. Plenty of parking when I went. It?sacross from IHOP and Taco Bell. Customer service needs improvement however. Yes, they finally opened. This Playa bowl is located in the new plaza on North Broad St. across from Taco Bell. So far, so good.... The decor is spunky and beached theme. The ladies that were working were friendly and speedy. The menu consists of a variety ofbowls, smoothies, shakes and juices focusing on fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, oats etc. All reasonably priced. The price addsup when you include the add ons for $2 each. I ordered the Ground Swell (spinach, apple & kale) 16oz for $7 with tax $8 &change. (Come on taxes smh) The 20oz is a dollar extra at $8 (not including tax). I'll be returning. I want to try one of theirbanana bowls. ???? Read more
They move extremely slow. I wanted to just get a quick pick up and ended up waiting over 10 minutes for a smoothie and juice.... Then the juice had a lot of fruit bits in it and wasn?t strained. The smoothie was also bad and had no flavor. Tasted like I wasdrinking water. I get smoothies all the time and this was the worst. Read more
